Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of resident-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care.
