Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Baylor Weekend Program .
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for a consistent weekend schedule, additional earning potential, and greater work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Work 24 hours and receive pay equivalent to 32 hours
Guaranteed weekend schedule
Every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
- As an RN or LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct nursing care based on residents’ individual needs and care plans
- Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions and progress
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
