RiskLoom is hiring a Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator.
Dubai preferred.
Remote possible.
RiskLoom is a crypto market intelligence company focused on perpetual futures risk infrastructure.
We work with institutional operators including trading desks, hedge funds, market makers, and exchanges.
This is a high-responsibility operational coordination role working directly with the founder.
It is NOT a traditional assistant role.
You will coordinate a small outbound and lead-generation operation directly with the founder.
Responsibilities
- manage daily BD outreach workflow
- coordinate CRM and follow-up tracking
- manage calendars and demo scheduling
- oversee freelancer task completion
- post approved content to X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- maintain operational organisation across sales activity
- ensure no leads or conversations slip
- handle general operational coordination
- You are NOT required to:
- close sales
- create strategy
- make content yourself
- run demos
- Ideal profile:
- highly organised
- fast-moving
- detail obsessed
- calm under pressure
- strong written English
- able to manage multiple moving parts daily
- comfortable chasing people and enforcing accountability
- crypto familiarity is a plus, not mandatory
Compensation
- AED 3,500/month
- remote/flexible structure
- Bonus included per qualified demo booked
- performance-based growth opportunity as the company scales
- Separately, we are also hiring remote freelance outbound BD operators:
- AED 1,000/month
- AED 100 per qualified demo booked
- AED 1,000 per confirmed demo evaluation booked
- capped at 60 demo bonuses/month
