The role focuses on solving global user issues, improving operations, driving process improvement, and building operational capability.
Responsibilities
- Work with merchants ranging from venture-backed startups to established institutions.
- Investigate and triage escalations across multiple channels and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Own risk user-experience reviews and urgent risk-related escalations.
- Identify risk factors and trends and report them to the wider risk team.
- Use analytics to optimize strategies across Stripe's portfolio.
