Risk Operations Analyst

As a Risk Operations Analyst on a fixed-term contract until April 2027 , you’ll play a key role in protecting the integrity and performance of our Global Sports markets. Working across the full market lifecycle, you’ll use data, customer insights and commercial awareness to support effective risk management, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a highly collaborative role where curiosity, sound judgement and a thoughtful approach to decision-making are valued just as much as technical capability.

You are analytical, thoughtful and naturally collaborative, with a strong desire to understand the "why" behind the data. You enjoy building relationships, sharing knowledge and working with others to solve complex problems. Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, you bring a calm and considered approach to decision-making, while remaining customer-focused and commercially aware. You are curious, adaptable and motivated by continuous learning, with a keen interest in using insights to drive better outcomes. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make informed risk-based decisions.

An understanding of betting, probability, pricing principles and risk management, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in these areas.

Confidence working with data and technology, including strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new tools and systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.

A passion for sport and curiosity to build expertise in US Sports, alongside flexibility to work across a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
