- HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced and strategic **Risk Manager** to lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across our projects and operations.
- The Risk Manager will develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes to minimize potential impacts on the organization's objectives.
- This role involves close collaboration with project teams, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure proactive risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management policies, procedures, and tools aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, assess, and analyze risks related to projects, operations, safety, finance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor risk indicators and report on risk exposure to senior management.
- Lead risk workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and embed best practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding risk management.
- Facilitate risk reviews and audits and support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s risk management maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in Risk Management (e.g., PMI-RMP, IRM) is an advantage.
