Your role as Risk Manager
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Risk and Compliance.
The role shapes Dialogue’s risk posture by designing practical frameworks, policies, and tools that support better business decisions.
The risk and compliance team provides pragmatic advice to help the business move faster while managing risk effectively.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide risk and compliance advice for vendor selection, projects, operational changes, new products, incidents, and other key decisions.
- Establish and maintain risk frameworks aligned with Dialogue’s objectives, Sun Life frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Work across third-party risk, business continuity, data governance, model and AI risk, and technology risk.
- Support incident management, build automated risk monitoring capabilities, and manage the GRC tool roadmap and execution.
