Role Overview
Support major EPC and EPCM projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, refinery, and mining and metals sectors.
The role focuses on project controls and risk management for large capital and mega projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, risk management, or a related field.
- At least 13 years of experience in project controls and risk management on large capital projects.
- Experience with EPC, EPCM, or PMC organizations.
- Proven involvement in mega projects valued at USD 1 billion or more.
- Knowledge of quantitative risk assessment and Monte Carlo simulation methodologies.
- PMP, PMI-RMP, AACE, or ARM certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain project risk registers.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
- Conduct schedule and cost risk analyses.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support project teams with risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company risk management procedures and ISO 31000 standards.
