Role overview
The role supports day-to-day Risk & Compliance operations, merchant reviews, risk assessments, and accurate records and database maintenance.
The posting describes both intern and executive tracks within the Risk & Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Support or independently handle merchant reviews and KYB checks.
- Assist with risk assessments and identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially high-risk information.
- Maintain compliance databases, trackers, and merchant records.
- Manage documentation, reports, and compliance-related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pending information and follow-ups.
- Help improve internal processes, checklists, and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, and data.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- AML/KYC experience of one year is required; other listed experience is preferred for the executive track.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Reliable commuting to or relocation to Bengaluru, Karnataka is required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹125,000 to ₹425,000 per year.
