Are you a Data Science graduate looking to apply your analytics, AI and automation skills in a risk and compliance environment?
We're looking for a Risk Automation and Data Specialist to help transform how risk and compliance information is captured, analysed and reported. This role will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights, automating processes and enhancing decision-making across the business.
Working closely with Risk & Compliance stakeholders, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insights, improve reporting capabilities and identify opportunities to streamline and automate key processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful risk and compliance data insights and reporting
- Analyse trends, emerging risks and business impacts
- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities
- Gather and translate business requirements into data solutions
- Source, cleanse and validate data for analysis and reporting
- Support governance forums through high-quality reporting and insights
- Partner with stakeholders to drive data-led decision making
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Support ad hoc risk and compliance initiatives as required
About You
Tertiary qualification in Data Science (essential)
1-2 years' experience in a data science, analytics or related role
Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI and Excel
Understanding of modern data analytics and reporting practices
Exposure to AI-enabled tools and automation technologies
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Interest in building a career within risk, compliance or financial services
