Role Description

  • The Co Owner role at BRID.GIFY is a full time, on site position based in Ogun State, Nigeria.
  • This role involves co leading the company’s strategic direction, overseeing product development, and shaping the overall vision and roadmap of the platform.
  • On a day to day basis, the Co Owner will work closely with team members to refine the value proposition, drive user and partner acquisition, and manage key relationships with mentors, hiring managers, and organizations.
  • The role includes supporting marketing initiatives, guiding social media presence, and representing the brand in meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
  • The Co Owner will also collaborate on financial planning, performance tracking, and operational decisions to ensure sustainable growth and a strong impact on early tech talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Sales and Marketing skills to drive partner outreach, user acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic campaigns and relationship building.
  • Product Development experience, with the ability to translate user needs into product features, prioritize a roadmap, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Social Media and digital engagement skills to manage online presence, build community, and amplify the platform’s mission and offerings.
  • Experience in leadership or co founding roles, with comfort in decision making, ownership of outcomes, and working in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Understanding of the tech talent ecosystem, mentorship models, or early career development programs is highly beneficial.
  • Basic financial literacy and operational planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
