Job Description
- As Owner, you will have overall responsibility for a strategic scope within OCP Group, driving vision, objectives, and value creation.
- You will define priorities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee daily project operations.
- You will supervise economic and environmental performance, ensure compliance with group standards, and make key decisions to optimize long term results.
- You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (management, technical experts, partners, local communities) to align initiatives with OCP Group's mission.
- This full time position is based on site in Casablanca Settat, Morocco.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and governance skills: ability to define a vision, manage business portfolios, and make structuring decisions.
- Business management and development skills: experience in P&L management, performance analysis, planning, and executing growth plans.
- Project and program management skills: mastery of team coordination, key indicator tracking, and change management.
- Stakeholder relations skills: ability to collaborate with international teams, public/private partners, and local communities.
- Excellent communication, ethics, results orientation, and commitment to sustainability and food security.
- Higher education (Bac+5) in management, engineering, agronomy, economics, or equivalent, and significant experience in an industrial or agricultural environment.
