Responsibilities

- Review financial performance, monitor budgets, and approve major investments
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Lead business development initiatives, negotiate contracts, and identify new market opportunities
- Build and guide teams, set performance expectations, and foster a positive work environment
Requirements
- Strong strategic leadership skills, including experience in setting business direction, managing operations, and overseeing organizational performance
- Proven background in financial management, budgeting, and decision making related to investments and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Experience in business development, contract negotiation, and identifying new market or partnership opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and resolve conflicts
- Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance principles
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and track record of managing or owning a business or business unit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly beneficial
