• Experience leading, coaching and developing a professional team.
• Strong purchasing, procurement, production or supply chain experience, ideally within apparel, footwear or consumer products.
• Excellent planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and critical deadlines.
• Strong systems, data and Excel capability, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with offshore suppliers and cross-functional teams across product, planning, finance, logistics and warehousing.
• A practical, collaborative approach to solving problems and improving processes.
