The Rigging Superintendent is responsible for supervising craft employees assigned to a particular construction discipline work area.
Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel to assigned project site locations as required. Per diem will be provided for eligible travel assignments in accordance with company policy.

Plans and supervises work activities. Determines method of construction, safety procedures and requirements, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documents actual hours worked.
Oversee all precision of rotating and static equipment.
Coordinates assigned work with different crafts, company departments and/or other contractors.
Maintains liaison with safety department, engineering, estimating and planning to ensure work complies with safety policies, drawings, specifications and schedules.
Assists in resolving construction problems and safety issues, as required.
Conducts accident investigations with safety department, as required.
Maintains communication with the HR Department to resolve issues of requisitioning required manpower.
Monitors craft compliance with project safety program requirements. Documents and ensures corrective measures are implemented.
