Responsibilities
- Perform telecom tower installation, maintenance, and modification works
- Carry out antenna installation, equipment mounting, cable dressing, feeder cable installation, and related telecom activities
- Perform climbing and rigging activities safely at telecom towers and structures
- Follow all client safety procedures, HSE requirements, and work at height standards
- Support site engineers and supervisors during telecom project activities
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials at site
- Maintain quality and safety standards as per company and client requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecom Rigger in UAE/GCC
- Valid Rigger certification / Tower Climbing / Work at Height certification is mandatory
- Experience with telecom projects, especially DU and Etisalat sites, will be highly preferred
- Ability to perform tower climbing and telecom installation activities
- Good knowledge of telecom site safety procedures
- Physically fit and willing to travel to different project locations

Visa & Candidate Preference
- Priority will be given to candidates who are currently inside the UAE and have their own valid employment visa or UAE visa which is nearing expiry.
- For candidates currently inside the UAE with their own visa, the company will provide a new employment visa upon expiry/availability as per company procedures.
- Fresh candidates who have recently arrived in the UAE and are searching for a job must demonstrate practical rigger skills and provide valid certifications before selection.
- Selected candidates meeting company requirements will be provided visa support and other employment benefits as per company policy.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month (All Inclusive)
- Company will provide transportation/traveling and accommodation.
