About the Role
International Development Company Manpower Supply is seeking a Rigger (Level 2) or Senior Rigger for a contract role with ADNOC in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role involves loading/unloading materials from supply vessels and barges, handling materials in warehouses/yards, and assisting with material handling operations.

Responsibilities
- Carry out loading and offloading of materials from supply vessels and barges
- Handle materials in tenants/customers warehouses/yards as required against service orders
- Assist in material handling operations as assigned by Supervisor
- For Senior Rigger: lead a team and manage loading/unloading operations
- Support Cargo Marine operations and other assigned activities
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school certificate (Grade 10) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in oil & gas or similar industrial environments
- Valid ADNOC approved Rigging and Slinging Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate of Competency
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to understand lifting plans and safety communications
- Successful completion of ADNOC Group approved Rigging and Slinging training course
- Basic Firefighting Certificate (value added)
- Basic First Aid Certificate (value added)
- Carriage of Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful Cargo Training (value added)
- Signaller / Banksman Training (value added)

Job Purpose
- Carries out alone or as part of a team the loading and offloading of materials from supply vessels and barges.
- Handles materials in tenants/customers warehouses/yards as required against service orders.
- Carries out other similar or related jobs as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum secondary school certificate (Grade 10) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to understand lifting plans, risk assessments, Permit to Work requirements, procedures, hand signals, and safety communications.
- Successful completion of a minimum 2 day Rigging and Slinging training course delivered by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company.
- Holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Rigging and Slinging – Level 2, issued by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company.
- Undergo periodic reassessment every two years as specified by ADNOC requirements.
- Additional value added qualifications: Basic Firefighting, Basic First Aid, Carriage of Dangerous Hazardous and Harmful Cargo Training, Signaller/Banksman Training.
Senior Rigger Additional Details
- As a leader of a team, manage loading and unloading of materials delivered by supply vessels and barges.
- Undertake material handling within tenants' and customers' warehouses and yards as directed by service orders.
- Support Cargo Marine operations and other assigned activities as required by the supervisor.
- Minimum qualification: Completion of secondary education (Grade 10) or equivalent acceptable to ADNOC.
- Valid ADNOC approved Rigging and Slinging Level 3 Certificate of Competency.
- Possession of relevant competency certificates: Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid, Rigging and Slinging Skills (2 day course – Level 3), Carriage of Dangerous Hazardous and Harmful Cargo, Signaller/Banksman Training.
Pay
- Pay: AED 1.00 AED 5,500.00 per month.
