About the Role
We are seeking a Level 2 Rigger to carry out loading and offloading of materials from supply vessels and barges, and handle materials in warehouses/yards. Requires minimum 2 years experience in oil & gas or similar industrial environments, and a valid Certificate of Competency for Rigging and Slinging Level 2.

Responsibilities
- Carry out alone, or as a member of a team, the loading and offloading of incoming and outgoing materials arriving through supply vessels and barges
- Handle materials in tenants/customers warehouses/yards as required against service orders
- Carry out other similar or related jobs such as assisting in material handling operations as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably within oil & gas or similar industrial environments
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to understand lifting plans, risk assessments, Permit to Work requirements, procedures, hand signals, and safety communications
- Successful completion of a minimum 2 day Rigging and Slinging training course delivered by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company
- Holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Rigging and Slinging – Level 2, issued by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company
- Undergo periodic reassessment every two years as per ADNOC requirements
- Basic Firefighting Certificate (value added)
- Basic First Aid Certificate (value added)
- Carriage of Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful (DGH) Cargo Training (value added)
- Signaller / Banksman Training (value added)

Job Purpose
- Carries out alone, or as a member of a team the loading and offloading of incoming and outgoing materials arriving through supply vessels and barges.
- Handles materials in tenants/customers warehouses/yards as required against service orders.
- Carries out other similar or related jobs such as assisting in material handling operations as assigned by Supervisor.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, preferably within oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to understand lifting plans, risk assessments, Permit to Work requirements, procedures, hand signals, and safety communications, and to perform lifting activities safely.
- Successful completion of a minimum 2 day Rigging and Slinging training course delivered by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company using an approved Tutor, in accordance with ADNOC HSE PSW CP19 requirements.
- Holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Rigging and Slinging – Level 2, issued by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company using an approved Tutor.
- Undergo periodic reassessment every two (2) years, or as otherwise specified by ADNOC requirements.
- The following additional qualifications (value added beyond minimum ADNOC standard): Basic Firefighting Certificate, Basic First Aid Certificate, Carriage of Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful (DGH) Cargo Training, Signaller / Banksman Training
Pay
- Pay: AED1.00 AED4,200.00 per month
