- Inspect and maintain rigging gear, such as slings, shackles, and spreader bars, ensuring they meet ARAMCO safety standards
- Calculate load weights and select appropriate rigging hardware and lifting techniques to prevent accidents
- Direct crane operators and other personnel involved in lifting operations, providing clear signals and instructions
- Adhere strictly to all ARAMCO safety regulations and company policies, participating in safety meetings and hazard assessments
Requirements
- ARAMCO approval as Rigger III
- Experience in safely operating lifting equipment including cranes, hoists, and winches
- Knowledge of rigging gear inspection and maintenance
- Ability to calculate load weights and select appropriate rigging hardware
- Ability to direct crane operators and personnel during lifting operations
