Perform assembly of electrical components in both a manual and semi-automated environment.
Performs electrical and mechanical installations on machines and other equipment.
Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies
Positions and/or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.
Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.

Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer?s instructions, and calling for repairs.
Read and decipher assembly instructions.
Interprets technical documents, such as diagrams, and/or other verbal or written instructions.

Documents actions by completing productions and quality forms.
Identifies any defective items and handles them according to established procedures.
Participates in daily shift meetings.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Adhere to company accountability standards pertaining to attendance, safety, and workmanship
Attend training as required and perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent, strongly preferred
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions.
Ability to work in a manual assembly operation and willingness to cross train and learn new tasks.
A basic understanding of AC/DC currents, strongly preferred
