We are looking for a skilled RF Engineer to support RF testing, validation, and troubleshooting of wireless devices and technologies. The role involves executing RF test cases, analyzing results, and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform RF testing and validation for 4G LTE and 5G NR mobile devices
- Execute functional, RF performance, protocol, and field test cases
- Analyze RF logs and troubleshoot network or device related issues
- Perform call, data, VoLTE, and network performance testing
- Validate carrier specific features and network interoperability
- Prepare test plans, test reports, and defect documentation
- Report, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with development, QA, and customer teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in RF testing or mobile device validation
- Good understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication
- Knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, 5G NR, IMS, and mobile network architecture
- Experience with RF test equipment such as Call Box (CMW500/CMX500, Anritsu, Keysight), Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generator
- Experience with Android ADB, QXDM, QPST, ELT, or similar diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environment
- Ability to analyze logs and prepare technical reports
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
