Review Appraiser

We are seeking an individual with an outstanding work ethic and a history of success in the Appraisal field to join our team as a full-time Review Appraiser. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, integrity, honesty, professionalism, and will maintain ownership of their work.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Current Residential Appraiser license required

A minimum of 2-5 years of residential appraisal or appraisal review experience

Ability to work well independently; self-motivated

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrable knowledge of appraisal concepts

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet search skills, and the ability to operate standard office equipment

Ability to grasp new technology and computer applications quickly

Strong written and oral communication skills

Comfortable working at a fast pace

Ability to work overtime (OT) when needed

Appraisal review experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

National review experience a plus

Banking or lending background is a plus

Secondary market or portfolio evaluation experience a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS: Traditional office environment with low-to-moderate office noise (computers, phones, and business conversations)
