Job Purpose Summary

  • To support the Reverse Logistics function by managing RFQ execution and broker quoting, maintaining accurate purchasing data, and ensuring efficient order processing across all systems.
  • The role combines analytical, administrative, and commercial responsibilities, including pricing to brokers, performing data analysis, and providing operational support across purchasing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Work as part of the Reverse Logistics team to optimise service quality, drive business growth, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Purchasing Master Database, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Execute the end to end RFQ and order process across systems, including running daily RFQ matches, pricing and issuing quotes, and processing purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Proactively analyse historical and daily data to identify trends, patterns, and commercial opportunities.
  • Perform cross matching activities to validate data accuracy and uncover additional value opportunities.
  • Manage offer releases, stock uploads, and support trading activity.
  • Coordinate stock releases and support preparation of obsolescence and excess stock files.
  • Proactively generate opportunities by leveraging stock and offers provided by sales teams.
  • Provide reporting, ad hoc analysis, and maintain data driven tools/projects to support decision making.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Provide cover for team members when required across quoting, administration, and analytics to maintain service levels.
  • Support the Line Manager/Director and wider team with day to day priorities.

Requirements

  • Written & Oral fluency in English.
  • Background/experience in customer service.
  • Experience in reverse logistics, returns management, inventory control.
  • MS Office, Excel skills.
  • Sales background/experience is advantageous.

  • Work location: In Office, Rebound Electronics DUBAI.
