Role Description
- This is a part time Revenue Specialist role based in Dubai, structured as a hybrid position that combines on site work with flexible work from home options.
- The Revenue Specialist will analyze property revenues, track and reconcile income streams, and support billing and collection processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Daily tasks include reviewing financial data, preparing revenue reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and identifying variances or opportunities for improvement.
- The role also involves collaborating with accounting, finance, and operations teams, responding to internal and external inquiries, and helping implement controls that enhance revenue integrity and compliance.
- The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing the revenue cycle in alignment with company policies and market conditions.
