What You’ll Do

  • Support day to day revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data across CRM and related business systems.
  • Manage lead and account assignments, ownership updates, data audits, and routine system housekeeping.
  • Support revenue related workflows, documentation, approvals, and internal processes.
  • Help prepare and maintain renewal documentation, order forms, and contract related records.
  • Track renewal dates and ensure renewal and new business information is accurate and up to date in the CRM.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline activity, renewals, customer retention, and revenue performance.
  • Support leadership with data gathering, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that help teams work more efficiently.
  • Assist with CRM updates, user administration, workflow changes, and system configuration requests.
  • Support technology adoption, internal training, and documentation for go to market teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve operational alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related role.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on operational tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across departments and supporting multiple internal stakeholders.
  • A process driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and help improve workflows.
  • Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, data audits, or revenue related processes.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and improving how teams work.
