About the Role
Restream is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to support day-to-day revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. The role requires 2+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields and proficiency with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
- Support day to day revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
- Maintain clean, accurate data across CRM and related business systems
- Manage lead and account assignments, ownership updates, data audits, and routine system housekeeping
- Support revenue related workflows, documentation, approvals, and internal processes
- Help prepare and maintain renewal documentation, order forms, and contract related records
- Track renewal dates and ensure renewal and new business information is accurate and up to date in the CRM
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline activity, renewals, customer retention, and revenue performance
- Support leadership with data gathering, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that help teams work more efficiently
- Assist with CRM updates, user administration, workflow changes, and system configuration requests
- Support technology adoption, internal training, and documentation for go to market teams
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve operational alignment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related role
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on operational tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across departments and supporting multiple internal stakeholders
- A process driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and help improve workflows
- Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, data audits, or revenue related processes
- A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and improving how teams work
