Revenue Operations Manager serving as the dedicated RevOps partner for Brex's Startups segment.

The role supports Partnerships and Account Executive teams and owns a broad RevOps scope with high autonomy.

Brex operates a finance platform combining corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel software.

Serve as RevOps partner to the Startups revenue organization.
Advise GTM leaders on strategy, coverage, operating rhythm, and incentive compensation.
Prioritize multiple shifting workstreams independently.
Collaborate with enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, operations, and revenue teams.
Own reporting and analysis for forecasts, pipeline, sales capacity, rep productivity, territories, incentives, and variable compensation.
Run operational projects that improve revenue growth or GTM efficiency.
Report project and team performance to senior leadership.
Drive annual planning with business partners and finance.
Monitor ROE escalations and improve operational efficiency.

3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, sales finance, or a similar field.
