Salesforce and CRM Administration
- Administer Salesforce users, permissions, page layouts, declarative automation, validation rules, and the overall data model.
- Maintain duplicate management, required-field discipline, and consistent stages, fields, and record types.
- Support CRM users and escalate issues requiring custom development.
