American Operator is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems and playbooks supporting its business development team.
The role covers CRM architecture, go-to-market tool selection and integration, lifecycle marketing, and reporting.
The position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development leadership to drive metrics and enable teammates.
- Own lead-to-qualified-target conversion and build a consistent pipeline of direct and referred business owners.
- Improve HubSpot for marketing and sales through pipeline definitions, attribution, workflows, automations, reporting, and data hygiene.
- Build reports and dashboards that show KPI performance and trends.
- Lead go-to-market tool selection, integration, and onboarding.
- Own lifecycle marketing for referral partners and current owners.
- Maintain integrations between go-to-market tools and the CRM to keep data clean and synchronized.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 years of dedicated Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience supporting high-velocity outbound sales.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern go-to-market tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and Outreach or Instantly.
- Strong HubSpot expertise, including workflows, automations, custom objects, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience leading lifecycle and email marketing initiatives to improve pipeline influence and conversion.
- Ability to track funnel metrics including open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience at a sales-driven company serving the small and medium-sized business market is preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial concepts is preferred, with M&A experience considered a bonus.
