Role Description

  • Lead and optimize revenue generating processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies, frameworks, and performance measurement systems that improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and customer lifecycle effectiveness.
  • Analyze revenue data, sales performance metrics, customer trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and enhanced business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align systems, workflows, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives that support revenue objectives.
  • Manage revenue reporting, forecasting, operational planning, and business performance analysis while ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and organizational alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, scalability, and revenue generation across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional organizational and decision making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of revenue operations, sales operations, business performance management, forecasting, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, business intelligence systems, data analysis software, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision making across departments.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex initiatives, operational processes, and strategic business programs.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, customer lifecycle management, revenue analytics, business intelligence, automation technologies, and data governance practices is highly advantageous.
  • Experience leading revenue optimization initiatives, performance improvement programs, and scalable operational frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
