Revenue Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Support pricing and inventory strategies across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and provide business insights.
• Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor performance to support decision-making.
• Assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
• Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in daily business review meetings and provide revenue recommendations.
• Support group pricing decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
• Track market trends and provide regular updates on competitor activity and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, average rate, and overall hotel revenue.
• Ensure revenue management practices are aligned with company standards and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems would be advantageous.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
