High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in returns, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Experience within a transportation, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to accurately count, inspect, verify, document, and process returned products and related information.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
Ability to support and process returns associated with several trucks daily while meeting established productivity and accuracy expectations.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and safely handle products and materials as required.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing 50 pounds or more, as required by the operation.
