Retrofit Manager - DMRC

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Interface Management Plans and associated documentation.
• Coordinate interface activities with system-wide contractors, civil contractors, and consultants.
• Resolve interface issues and oversee integration of signaling, telecom, and power supply systems with Rolling Stock.
• Facilitate Rolling Stock testing and commissioning and track project milestones.
• Identify interface challenges and address them to support project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in interface coordination and management of Rolling Stock systems required.
• Experience on at least one driverless metro rail project with Grade of Automation 4 required.
• Knowledge of metro Rolling Stock system integration, testing, and commissioning required.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, accountability, and teamwork abilities required.
• Understanding of interface functions and milestone tracking required.
