About the Role
Continental is seeking a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist to act as a consultant for Conti Life Cycle Partners, providing technical assistance for retreading equipment and digital solutions.

Responsibilities
- Act as consultant to Conti Life Cycle (CLC) Partner for pre install consulting and Partner approval
- Advise on plant installation requirements like power, electricity, compressors, transformers
- Develop and implement the retreading quality process using MER tool
- Provide technical assistance to Digital Solutions products with customers, including installations, demonstrations, and training
- Install and maintain Continental’s Digital Solution products including CPC, ContiConnect YRS, CPC with Telematics, CPC Solo systems
- Conduct CT2 analysis with customers to support Technical Customer Service field engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering plus 2+ years related experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience if no Bachelor's Degree
- Professional experience with Retreading process, plant layouts, equipment installations
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset
- Troubleshooting & problem solving ability
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel extensively within Canada (50 75%)
- Valid passport and drivers license
- Bilingual English required, French preferred
