£27,976.48. base salary + uncapped bonus (£31,000-£36,000 OTE)

Monday to Friday – No evenings or weekends

What you’ll do:

As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:

Understanding reasons for cancellation

Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers

Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations

Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction

What you’ll need:

2+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.

Experience in retentions (desirable, but not essential)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and target driven mind

Successful candidates must pass a DBS check

What we offer:

Base salary of £27780.48. (typical earnings £31,000-£36,000)
