Maximises the value and effectiveness of its third-party systems by supporting and training business areas on the systems.
Full responsibility for the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of retailer systems.
Full responsibility of ensuring that the retailer dealer management system (Keyloop Drive) is operational and that any issues are resolved with the supplier
Ownership of starters and leavers process for all employees system access
Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders to ensure systems are appropriately configured, fully integrated and aligned with business requirements.
Act as a key conduit between Park Lane and BMW Group for the hardware supported by BMW Group.
Ensure that non BMW Group Hardware is supported and working on site.
Ensure all systems are fully compliant with Group IT security and data governance policies and standards.
What should you bring along?
IT Degree or relevant retailer system experience required.
Experience and knowledge of data systems and business processes within the automotive industry
Experience of system implementation and integration across all areas of a business
Experience and passion for improving business performance through technology and process excellence.
