1+ years of experience supporting remote locations and developing teams.

A passion for helping others grow, with a proven ability to mentor and support talent, manage performance, and navigate employee relations.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace and adaptable to other systems.

Must be located in Canada near multiple Lush store locations.

Ability to travel up to 50% within the US, Canada, and the UK.

1+ years of multi-unit experience.

Degree or coursework in business, commerce, or communication.

Experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry.

Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.

Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
