Responsibilities
- Deliver product, sales, and customer service training to store staff and store managers
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing teams
- Train staff on footwear product features, fitting techniques, materials, and care
- Coach sales associates on customer engagement, upselling, and conversion techniques
- Support store managers in identifying training needs and performance gaps
- Conduct store visits to observe staff performance and provide on the job coaching
- Ensure training materials are aligned with brand standards and business objectives
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Support seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts with focused training
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams to support people development initiatives
Requirements
- 3 4 years of experience as a Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer, preferably in footwear, fashion, or retail brands
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer service standards
- Experience in classroom training, floor coaching, and on the job facilitation
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between stores as required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
