We’re all about personality, we have fun, and we work hard to deliver That Superdrug feeling. 📅Here's the exciting bit… A day includes: Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end promotional testing for each event Run structured testing of all promotional activity ahead of go-live, ensuring promotions perform correctly at till. Carry out detailed till-based validation of promotions Test promotions by scanning products on test tills, validating correct discount application, offer triggering, and expected customer outcomes. Validate a wide range of promotional mechanics Test multibuy, bundle, threshold, and loyalty-based promotions (e.g. 3 for 2, BOGOF, spend & save), including different transaction scenarios and quantities. Identify and resolve issues prior to go-live Proactively detect scanning errors, incorrect discounts, or conflicting offers, and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution Prioritise testing activity based on risk and complexity Use structured priority lists to focus on high-risk or complex promotions and ensure efficient use of the testing window.
