Role overview
Fixed-term Retail Supervisor opportunity for up to three months.
The role combines customer-facing retail work with warehouse and store standards responsibilities.
Store environment
- The role is based in-store and includes front-of-house customer service and warehouse activities.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm.
- Saturday: 7am to 6pm.
- Sunday: 9am to 4pm.
- Varied shift patterns are available to support work-life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the store team and set an example for excellent in-store service.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
- Maintain store standards across cash reconciliation, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep the store operating effectively.
Required skills and experience
- Experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
