Job Type:** Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Retail Supervisor / Team Leader** to manage daily store operations for our home business retail store.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to manage staff and customer service professionally.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor stock, inventory, and merchandising
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly displayed
- Prepare staff schedules and supervise attendance
- Train new employees and maintain team discipline
- Support sales growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years experience** as a retail supervisor, team leader, or store supervisor
- Experience in **home business / home décor / household / or any retail stores preferred**
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team independently
- Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
