Job Type:** Full-time
We are looking for an experienced **Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager** for our Fashion & Beauty Accessories retail store.
The ideal candidate must have strong retail leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage sales teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff supervision
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and store experience
- Monitor visual merchandising and product displays
- Handle stock management, inventory, and replenishment
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
- Prepare duty schedules and manage attendance
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and presentation
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years experience** as Store Manager / Assistant store Manager is must
- Previous experience in **fashion, beauty, accessories, cosmetics, lifestyle, or luxury retail**
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
