Corys Build Centre is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Representative for their Dubai location. The role involves handling walk-in customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating orders.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all walk in customers are handled in an efficient and professional manner
- Be proactive towards sales opportunities; keep self updated on local market trends and provide feedback to the Line Manager
- Take self responsibility to ensure product knowledge for new and existing categories is up to date and at a good level
- Act as a central point of contact between the customer and all other relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Actively follow up and coordinate the internal departments to optimise the order entry process
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays
- Register customer complaints and follow up with relevant departments to resolve the same within standard response deadlines
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
- Foster a work culture that is built on the foundations of our organisational core values
Requirements
- Preferred graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant retail sales experiences preferably in an MEP environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Impressive and demonstrable record of achieving targets
- Hands on experience in sales documentation related to quotations, invoicing, reporting etc.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- ERP experience
- Preference will be given to applicants who are available to join immediately
- Applications should reside in Dubai
- Own transport to be arranged to and from work
