Retail Sales Representative

Education Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and successful work experience.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail or wholesale route sales.

Must be able to speak clearly and persuasively with strong interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, potential weekend activities when needed Extensive daytime travel is required; an overnight stay may be occasionally warranted Must possess the ability to understand lottery transactions and how the lottery operates Must have a driver’s license and perform routine vehicle maintenance and reporting Success Profile

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation is $51,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
