Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance across all stores and implement action plans to improve results
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to maximize business performance
- Ensure all stores operate in accordance with company policies and operational standards
- Monitor visual merchandising, store presentation, housekeeping, and stock availability
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, licenses, and operational requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to improve team performance
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for store teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion Retail
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple retail stores
- Strong background in Apparel & Fashion Retail is a must
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to travel regularly between stores across Saudi Arabia
