Vape Here Store seeks an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to provide outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and support digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Operate POS systems and process cash/card payments accurately
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
- Assist in product photography
- Create or assist with social media content when required
- Perform basic photo editing and short promotional video editing
- Support online store activities and digital marketing tasks when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong selling, negotiation, and upselling skills
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software is a strong advantage
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms is preferred
- Experience using Shopify, POS systems, CRM, or inventory software is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced retail environment
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Currently residing in the UAE
