Retail Sales Executive (Female)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, and pharmacy products
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
• Maintain product display and shop cleanliness
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately
• Monitor stock availability and inform management about low stock
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Follow company policies and maintain grooming standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic
• Female only
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and pharmacy products
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in mall shifts and flexible timings

Preferred Nationalities

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Knowledge of cosmetics and pharmacy products is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident, and energetic personality
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
• High school or equivalent qualification
