Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced **Showroom Salesman** to join our electronics retail team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate must have a solid background in selling major home appliances and consumer electronics.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their household needs, and providing expert advice on our range of products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Product Demonstration:** Explain the technical features and benefits of products including **Washing Machines, Split ACs, Fridges, TVs (LED/LCD), and Kitchen Appliances**.
- **Customer Guidance:** Help customers choose the right appliance based on their budget and home requirements.
- **Sales Targets:** Achieve monthly sales goals by proactively engaging with walk-in customers and following up on inquiries.
- **Showroom Upkeep:** Ensure all display units are clean, correctly priced, and presented according to company standards.
- **Transaction Handling:** Process payments through the POS system and coordinate with the workshop for delivery and installation schedules.
- **After-Sales Support:** Answer basic customer questions regarding product warranty and usage.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum **2–3 years of retail sales experience** specifically in the Electronics/Home Appliances sector in the UAE.
- **Product Knowledge:** Strong technical understanding of major brands and appliance specifications (Energy ratings, cooling capacity, TV display tech, etc.).
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication in **English** (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant advantage for Al Ain customers).
- **Sales Ability:** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and "closing the deal".
- **Availability:** Must be ready to join **immediately**.

- Sales in Same Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
