Retail Sales Executive (High-Performance Role)

We are seeking a **high-performing Retail Sales Executive** who is driven by results and excels at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who can **actively drive sales, build customer relationships, and consistently exceed targets**.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance across our retail locations by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and confidently closing sales.
This is a **target-driven role** requiring strong communication and selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a **premium customer experience** aligned with brand standards
- Engage customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Recommend bicycles, e-bikes, and accessories based on customer needs
- Achieve and exceed **monthly sales targets and KPIs**
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales value
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards
- Support online and in-store customer inquiries
Requirements
- **Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience**
- Proven ability to **meet or exceed sales targets**
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Fluent in English (**Arabic or Russian is a plus**)
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
