Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Operate POS systems and process cash/card payments accurately
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
- Assist in product photography and create social media content
- Support online store activities and digital marketing tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong selling, negotiation, and upselling skills
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent English (Speaking, Reading & Writing) – Mandatory
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software (strong advantage)
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms (preferred)
- Good Arabic communication skills (highly preferred)

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Operate POS systems and process cash/card payments accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Assist in product photography.
- Create or assist with social media content when required.
- Perform basic photo editing and short promotional video editing.
- Support online store activities and digital marketing tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software is a strong advantage.

- Experience using POS systems, CRM, or inventory software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced retail environment.
