Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

Pay and Benefits

• Monthly pay is AED 3,000–3,200.
• Company visa and medical insurance are provided, with other benefits according to UAE Labour Law.

Schedule

• The schedule is 12 hours per day, consisting of 11 working hours and a 1-hour break.
• The role includes one rotational day off per week and work on weekends and public holidays.

Sales and Customer Experience

• Achieve sales targets for laundry packages, express services, and add-ons such as stain removal, fabric protection, and alterations.
• Upsell premium service tiers, subscription packages, and loyalty programs.
• Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders through consultative selling.
• Greet customers, explain garment care and service options, and handle complaints or service recovery.

Store Operations and Retention

• Process orders using the POS or order management system and coordinate order tracking with backend operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and service displays.
• Manage cash, receipts, and daily reconciliation.
• Enroll customers in loyalty programs, follow up on collections and renewals, and maintain customer records.

Reporting

• Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Store Manager.
• Escalate recurring customer feedback and service issues to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Laundry, dry-cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A Business, Hospitality, or related bachelor's degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
• English proficiency, POS experience, basic MS Office or Google Sheets knowledge, and strong communication skills are required.
• Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is advantageous.
